Cheyanna Glyenn - Fitness Manager
Cheyanna holds a B.S. in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Health and Exercise Science from Northwestern State University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Cheyanna is qualified to teach all fitness levels including the well advanced, to the less active. Although her passion lies with training children and athletes, she also enjoys contributing to the geriatric and deconditioned persons. She feels privleged to take on any challenges her clients may be facing and moving them forward towards achieving a healthier lifestyle.
Lauren Veronie - group Fitness Coordinator, Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor
Lauren holds a B.S. in Meteorology and a minor in Mathematics from Texas A&M University, but found her passion in fitness. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and is certified in Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills Body Combat, Les Mills GRIT and Spin. Whether in group classes, small group training, or one on one, Lauren has worked with kids as young as 8 and adults of all ages.
Her purpose is to support people in making fitness a lifestyle through workouts that are both effective and fun.
Mona Compton - Personal Trainer/HEALTH COACH
Ramona holds a B.S. in Exercise and Health Science with a concentration in Health Promotion and Wellness Programming. Mona is an ACE Certified Health Coach, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She is also an AFAA certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of experience. Her specialty includes: Deconditioned, Post-Rehab and Chronic Disease Fitness.
Her purpose is to provice an atmosphere that empowers individuals to create healthy lifestlye changes, improve their physical condition and extend their life.
CynDee Journey - Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor
CynDee has 39 years of experience teaching group fitness. She is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor. Her specialties include: Personal Training for all ages and fitness levels, Body Pump, Step, and the Senior Population. CynDee is also an Fitness Interval Training coach - speed training for adults.
Her purpose is to lead people into the world of fitness so that they will have the quality of life they deserve.
Ellen Papania - personal trainer/fitness instructor
Ellen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from McNeese State University. She has been a Group Fitness Instructor for 21 years and is certified through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) in Group Fitness and Personal Training. She is certified in Spinning, Body Pump, Body Flow, and CX-WORX. Mat Pilates certified through NETA and MVe Certified through Peak Pilates. Member of IDEA.
Ellen says she loves working at Christus Louisiana Athletic Club and being a part of a team that inspires and educates people on making healthy choices to lead ambitious, thriving, and more independent lives.
Thomas Singleton - PERSONAL TRAINER/FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Thomas is a firm believer in longevity through fitness and nutrition. He studied Exercise Science at McNeese and has a personal training certification through Cooper Institution. Thomas has 11 years experience in training small and large groups/classes. Currently he trains a variety of clients with focus of fat loss and muscle gain.
Thomas is very personable and passionate about seeing his clients get the results they’re looking to achieve while having fun along the way!
Greg Soileau - Personal Trainer
Greg holds a B.S. in General Studies with a concentration in Health and Human Promotion from McNeese State University. He is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Greg is a diversified personal training for all ages.
Greg's purpose is to inspire and support you in reaching your health and fitness goals.
All staff are degreed and certified.
